Today, i was led to participate in the Drive thru difference, which is basically... pay for the car behind you in the drive thru.
usually there is a note you give to the cashier to give to the person... but yea... i didn't have that....
so i just paid... and that was that.
it was a very interesting experience, mainly because i DON'T eat fast food.
i was taught three very important lessons about the character of god and MY personal walk... thru this fascinating experiance.

1.) Abiding in christ. obedience to christ. it springs forth an INEXPLAINABLE JOY! it's crazy! you SERIOUSLY CANNOT put words to it.
God won't ask you or direct you to do things that will not bring forth JOY, nor will he ask you to do things that will NOT spring a closer relationship with him.
IT WILL ALWAYS BE a peace bringing experience when you obey the voice of God! i like to call it INSTAPEACE! just trust him... he's God your back:)

2.) when i was explaining to the cashier what i wanted to do... she said... "yea, we see this like ALL THE TIME". i was genuinely taken back by this... mainly because i never feel like the body of christ is alive and moving. this showed me that the body is ALIVE and ACTIVE. it also took a lot of MY pressure to be "the perfect christian" off because i was shown that i don't have to do it all by myself.
God is GOD, and i am NOT. no need for me to worry how things are going to get done, all i need to do is just relax and play my part. using the resources that i have when i have them to spread the love. (1Kings 19.18)
3.) God is the bizzy! (thats tacky slang for more slang "da bomb")
he uses every possible thing that SATAN uses to destroy us to bring forth HIS glory and LOVE! think about it... the idea of FAST FOOD in and of itself is NOT how God designed us to fortify our bodies... the bible says in 1corithians that our bodies are TEMPLES... do you THINK god wants us shoveling JUNK...(seriously guys, it's BARELY FOOD) in our bodies? NO! it's not healthy for ANY human being to eat that SCHLOP! christian or not... it's just... not good.
however, GOD KNOWS we like it, and are going to eat it... and so he uses EVEN THAT to spread his love. (Genesis 50.20)
basically God opened my heart to these TRUTHS simply by leading me to pay for someone else's lunch!
